Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shop Basix. We want you to be informed and confident about your purchase. This page explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed on our website.

Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it (unused, unworn, with original tags).
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must have the proof of purchase or order number.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact@shopbasix.com. We will provide you with instructions and the return address for your region.

Return Shipping
Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as they may not be accepted.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds are issued as store credit only and cannot be returned to the original payment method.

Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Hazardous materials

EU Customers
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
