How do I find my correct shoe size? Is the fit standard?
We strongly recommend using our detailed size chart (in cm/inches)and measuring your foot length. Sizing can vary slightly by brand. For the best fit, measure in the evening when feet are slightly larger. If between sizes, we suggest sizing up.

No, using the correct sole is crucial for performance and safety:
- Metal Spikes: Only for natural turf (grass) pitches. They provide the best grip but are prohibited and dangerous on concrete or hard artificial surfaces.
- Rubber Spikes/Moulded Soles: Ideal and safe for artificial turf, concrete, and hard ground surfaces. They offer good traction without damaging the surface.
What is your exchange, return, or warranty policy?
- Exchange/Return: We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the shoes are unworn, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. They must not have been used on any surface.
- Warranty: We cover manufacturing defects (e.g., sole separation, stitching failure) for 30 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, damage from improper use (e.g., using metal spikes on concrete), or improper care are not covered.
