• Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape comfortably snug but not tight.
• Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, which is typically just above your belly button.
• Hip: Measure around the widest part of your hips, ensuring the tape stays parallel to the ground.
• Inseam (for pants): Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of your ankle, standing straight with your feet together.
• Shoulder Width (for jackets): Measure from one shoulder seam to the other across the back, following the top of the shoulder blades.
